Create a Theme Matching My Existing Design.

My website's design is pretty simple. I just need to create a theme that matches it.
I use membermouse and optimizerpress that already have the rows, cloumns, forms, etc., built, I just need the colors and a little formatting done. This should be an easy task but i think it will either be a raw code edit that I am not comfortable with or it will be a simple theme build which I do not know how to do.
I hire quickly and pay milestone payments, so preference is going to be given to those that can do this job asap.
