Create a Wordpress Template

Looking to have a wordpress theme designed. Basically a clone of the site [login to view URL] I WILL NEED THE main menu customizeable in the backend and the ability to add images to the manu as well like when you roll over magazines. I like how teh slideshow is but i would prefer tte thumbnails to be lined up under the slideshow instead of to the right. Under the artists page i will need the ability to add artists through the backend with a numb nail of the artist and being able to add profile pictures in the backend. I need a page like this one [login to view URL] so people can fill out information about themselves and submit [login to view URL] additional featue i would like is the ability to upload background imgages in the backend rather then just one solid background image but if i have to change that by uploading ftp thats fine too i would just like the abilty to change in the backend. For Font of Title tags i would like google font Playfair Display. I also like the slide out tab footer on the bottom that says complex media on it. The theme must be very easy to customize things in the backend. Also i would like to take full advantave of the widgets for pages. I would like the option to upload the logo in the backend as well.
