We are a startup for an innovative project and need a website ASAP. For that, we have designed a single page wordpress design, and require it to be coded into a wordpress theme. Once started, we would require the same developer to code the rest of the pages for us and will be paidd accordingly, later. Right now, its just a single page theme, included in here is the .jpg.
