Custom Wordpress, CSS, and HTML theme changes

I need some custom work on my project [url removed, login to view]
The theme is "Project" by SiteMile. The demo is here [url removed, login to view]
Work needs to be done:
Home Page Requirements:Attached
1. Add logo (Attached: gimp_logo ) into the header (Location specified in screenshot) and logo dimensions (width: 186 height: 36)
2. Move the Categories module to the left side of the page (Location specified in screenshot)
3. Create Categories and subcategories to display just like (Attached: Cat. function)
4. Move Search Bar (Location specified in screenshot) and remove search icon
5. Make category image thumbnails larger dimensions (width:172 height:76)
6. Make “All Posted Jobs” larger... 4 box columns to 1 row (total box border: 221x300px]-Image: 221x176px-Content(name,duration,seller,price):221x124px
7. In footer remove white boarder content and underline headings e.g ABOUT MENTAL CHIMP
Tile Page Requirement: (Attached)
1. Remove seller thumbnail and account name hyperlink at the top
2. Project title needs to be left justified and font size 40px
3. Project sample photo needs to be larger dimensions (width: 500 height: 250)
4. Remove this entire row
5. Rename title “Latest Feedback” to “Customer Review”
6. Make the images larger dimensions ((width: 146 height: 115)
7. Align seller hyperlink and underline to be center with the seller image
