Customize My Wordpress Theme

I need someone to do some minor customization to my Wordpress theme. There are 2 things that I need done.
#1 - Make the outer box of the posts look like this ----> [url removed, login to view]
By default they look like this: [url removed, login to view], I want mine styled exactly like the one in the first link.
#2 - Style the pagination, by default, Wordpress pagination is like this ----> [url removed, login to view]
I want mine to be like this ----> [url removed, login to view], css next and previous buttons styled just like this.
And this is all. If you know how to get the job done, then place a bid and it will be reviewed.
