Daily deal development

Hi, I would like to create a website like "Groupon" but just for one city, and I already have the graphic (files .psd) The website should exaclty work as [login to view URL], without section "travel" and "friend & win" : 1) Ability to develop new deals with following info: deal info, end date/time, min/max order and discount rate. 2) Options to share the deal on Facebook or Twitter. 3) Allow customers to create accounts, sign-in, bid for deals, provide payment info 4) Ability to sell vouchers on a tipping point model (i.e. no one is charged until minimum number of deals have been bought) 5) Ability to develop a “page” for each voucher with text, image – 6) After purchase, an email is automatically sent to buyers 7) Ability to generate a rotating number of printable vouchers, each with its own code 8) Implement a lot of social media features into every product e.g. Facebook like button for user to click and show how many user like this site 9) Generation of the coupon for successful bids – Real time 10) Facilitate secure payment option with direct credit card transactions and Paypal 10) ability to integrate google maps only for one city 11) Possibility to automate the function to put on line new deals everyday, at 00.00 am 12) Users Login and register area 13) Possibility to insert a discount code just before the purchase Thank you for the bidding.
