I want my site [login to view URL] revamped to look professional and entertain the mind while surfing it. It is important to have it orientated toward and feel like AutoCAD on the first page as I now have it with a little extra flare maybe. DO NOT BID WITHOUT SHOWING ME YOUR IDEAS FOR MY SITE, doing so will simply get you ignored. I prefer simple html, but will consider other options that will easily be edited by me, I need to have complete control over updates and content. One rework task is I would like to use single sheets instead of frames so I can get better ranking in search engines. Problem is right now that some people find the pages that belong in the frame and forces me to have links at the bottom for surfing the site. If a single sheet were in tables, all can be duplicated in a template. ## Deliverables I want the coder to create a template that will be a single sheet which appears like the autocad screen and crosshair pointer that i now show (without the arrow) ...? I want this sheet to have all the links around the entire screen as i now have with frames, a scrollbar in the middle as required ... Everything should be straight html or very old java scripts that old operating systems can handle due to some of my customer have old? computers ... when designing my site, my coder must assume that the surfer is using a pentium? 1 computer, 56mb ram and windows 95 OS ... everytime I chat on the phone with a customer, it seems that's what they have ... in my business, the surfer is seeking cheap rates and usually can't afford a decent computer or fast internet connection ... so something flashy that takes a long time to download I DO NOT WANT.
