Need a Java applet written right away that will create an image just like the one at <[url removed, login to view]> and send to the default printer with specified margins.? I would just use the IE print, but I'm finding there is no way to specify the print margins within the CSS and cannot ask the user to modify their global print settings to just print our webpages.? We need to print the shipping labels to a thermal printer (which the driver works just like any other printer) with UCC-128 stock which is about 4 inches wide x about 6 inches tall.

So what does the applet need to do:? It needs to accept parameters for each of the eight zones including the height and width of the zone, and the text to be printed in the zone.? It also needs to be able to call the barcode label dll (notice the? <img src="/eclynx/barcode/[url removed, login to view]> tag) which dynamically generates the needed barcodes.? Once it has comprised this image, it then sends to the default printer.? If your bid is acceptable, we will hash out all the parameters that will be sent to the applet to make this as dynamic as possible, so that we can modify the look and feel of the printed label via parameters in our webpage.? I know exactly what needs to be done, but am not familiar enough with applets to get this done in the next week at the latest.? I have a feeling an experience applet writer could hash this out a few hours.
