Application needs Bugfixing and upgrading

Hello, I have an application that helps consultants manage consulting processes and apply surveys to participants. I need to fix some bugs and do some upgrades to the application based on php, java and mysql. For each bug or upgrade I have screenshots to help identify the problem. Here they are: Bugs: 1 - The box "Es gerente de procesos" is not upgrading the database. 2 - The list field shows a warning text. It should show numbers from 1 to 5. The funny thing is that after filling the form, and selecting one of the warning options, and clic "Guardar", the next form works ok. 3 - Since all application is multilanguage using txt files, I need this text also to be translatable. 4 - This button is not working. Its sending me to overview. It should send you to edit the user. 5 - Remove the link "Participantes" from here. 6 - Add translatable text in the red box. It has to insert fields according to team name and role in that team (follow lines). 7 - News ticker is working ok in consultant zone, but is not working in participant zone. Upgrades: 1 - There are two surveys that participants can answer. A "Perfil de Equipo" and "Encuesta de Equipo". Next to the date, please specify which sirvey it is. And also, make a links to upgrade #2. 2 - After ckicking on the link from upgrade #2, you must be able to see who has answered the survey. for those who havent completed the survey, a button is activated to resend the welcome email. 3 - Create a new page in the admin zone, that shows active participants for each month. Thank you. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform php, linux, mysql, java.
