* I have written a series of if/then and multiple choice statements to guide a user through troubleshooting various computer help desk issues. * I want to convert these to an application that can be accessed via a web browser. * If accessing the web application over a blackberry is slow, I want to convert these to an application that can be used on a blackberry while the employees are in the field. * I want to log the path each user takes through the knowledge base to resolve each problem so that they can be reviewed for future training purposes.
