Add More Stuff To My Exam

I need someone who is expert in PHP/SQL programming. My exam is using SMARTY framework ([login to view URL]). It is almost done but few things left to fix. Here are the tasks: 1) I need you to create a page in Admin Panel that allow the user to add/remove audio/video/pictures. 2) Fix the blank image that should not show up 3) Disable right click for all browsers 4) Add another page before practice exam that ask the student to verify before continue the exam 5) Related to 4. I need you to create another page that show up when the student have answer specific question. 6) Fix the smarty in my Win Server 2003 to able smarty compile 7) Modify few columns in the database I will explain more in details when you are accepted for this project. I am using MS SQL Server 2005. I cannot give you access because it is only for localhost. I will give you all data that you need to set up on your side. Please do not bid if you are not expert at Smarty Framework, PHP, and MS SQL Server 2005.
