I have a web app that already has the look and feel of an iPad app, with fixed headers and footers and scrolling content. There are two main scrolling areas, just as in an iPad app: the left menu area, and the main user workspace. These areas scroll perfectly with a desktop browser, but not with an iPad. That is, you have the use two fingers to scroll the content using an iPad (one the hold the screen steady, and the other to scroll the content).
I want to be able to scroll content in the site just as in an iPad. The site uses jquery, and I am using the wptouch-pro theme for the homepage if the user access the site using an iOS device (but JUST the homepage, not the actual web app). So the solution must allow the two areas mentioned above, the menu space and the user space to scroll as it should in a native iPad app.
Please see the attachment for more info and the live site location.
