Affiliate Investor Management

Dear developers, I'm in need of a very specific script included in a clean and professional designed website. Basically, I'll have affiliates/investors signing up to my system, in order to invest different amounts of money, from $10 up to $1000 or more. They may fill a form with name, address, desired username, password, etc...all necessary information, and so proceed to make the payment of the chosen amount by PayPal. After that..the new affiliate will receive a confirmations e-mail. The investment period will run during 15 days and the return of the amount invested will be always a fixed percentual that I may be able to set form the control panel. To start, I'll set it to 100% over the invest amount. In a daily basis, the affiliate/investor may be able to log in the system and check how much money he has. So..if he invested $500 and will make 100% in 15 days...everyday his capital will be increased by 6.66% over the starting amount (it will not be accumulative, please notice). So after day 01 the affiliate/Investor will see6.66% more over the amount invested, after day 02 will see 13.32% and so on... There may be a button to allow withdrawn, that will not be active until the 15 days period is completed. I may be able to send payments to all affiliates of mine by PayPal, send e-mails to all of them, control all from a well organised administation control panel. The affiliates/investors may also have their unique members control panel, with all necessary data. Affiliates/Investors that go ahead investing after the first period will have the previous balance stored to be checked anytime. The system may be installed in a dedicated Lynux server and the database may be MySQL powered. I have urgency of this project, so please just post your bid ig you are really able to develop it with high professionalism and in the time schedule. Paymenst made only by PayPal and using GetAFreeLancer escrow system. I'm willing to pay up to $150 for the described project.
