Amendment's to an Script

Hi there freelancers I have an auction script at the moment which is written in PHP and MySQL I would like a few amendents to the script - i have a budget of $200 and time span of 10 days The main amendments i would like is. 1) Change Currency 2) When an auction has finished i require the listing to be removed from the list 3) I would like the number of bids to be shown on the list so everyone can see and the area of tghe person is selling 3) Implementation of a bid success fee - at the moment you just pay for listing - but i want it free to list and only earn a fee on success 4) upload picture button 5) couple other requirements
