DATABASE
Coder will build a database that will capture the information from the 3 contact forms.? Database must have proper formatting.? Acceptable database formats are listed below.
Given 3 .cvs files from existing website, coder will be responsible for uploading this data to new database.
PROGRAMMING (AutoGen Email)
Upon Submitting the form, the server will Automatically? email the information to 1 or more of my company's recipitients specificed in the Control Panel and send a confirmation email to the user submitting the form.
CONTROL PANEL
Coder will build a control panel that will:

1.? Allow us to download the database in .cvs format.? When exporting, the fields must be labeled properly and export in proper rows/columns.? Control Panel must have options to download only the Contact Us data, the Design Resource Manual data, or the Wall Layout Software data.?
2. Must allow us to enter 1 or more email address for server to send contact information.
3.? Must allow us to customize? 3 different? emails? to be? sent to the users of the 3 contact forms.? An input section should exist for each? that would allow us to enter text or html and save for each AutoGen email.
4.? Have a login section capable of creating, deleting, and managing user accounts.? Only 1 type of admin rights is necessary.
*All code (html, php, javascript, ect) and queries must be THOUROUGHLY commented. Clear comments are critical to this projects success. Do not think of them as an afterthought.*
