Basic Java Script for integration with CMS

have a client who is part of a franchise. On the franchise website they have a page for their location which they can edit using a content management system. They want to have within that page, tabs; About us, Services, Portfolio, Contact etc. with Gallery included. They want the same as another franchise. I have the code, I have the java, I have the CSS of the other Franchise to copy - I do not know enough Java Script nor enough about Content Management Systems to edit it to make it what I want. I need someone who knows Java and can look at the content management system and tell me what to do. I will do the rest
