Betfair application - Retrieve odds and Save in DB

I need a programme which will Retrieve data from Betfair with certain criteria (filters) and will record them in the data base. In particular, I need the following data: Game starting date and time Home and Away Teams Odds - Home(back,Lay), Draw(back,Lay), Away(back,Lay), Over(back,Lay), Under(back,Lay) ) the choice of games according to the following cryteria ([login to view URL] markets with the folloewing filtres) : time interval, sport types (i mean if i indicate time interval for example 18/11/2011 - 21/11/2011 and sport - football the programme should Retrieve all matches which soddisfy these cryteria) the data brought with indicated cryteria should be recorded in the database (either in MSSQL or MySql , though I prefer MySql) As soon as the programme finishes Retrieve markets, the same procedure should be redone and already recorded data should be updated, if any of the already Retrieved matches that have been recorded into the database during the previous procedure were not on the market by the time of carring out new procedure, should be deleted. i.e. in the databese there must be always only the records Retrieved by the programme during the last iteration. Retrieve the markets according to indicated cryteria (above said data) should be made as soon as possible. (the programme must work with free Betfair API) Please tell me inadvance how long will it take approximately to take markets of footlball for two days interval (e.g: 19/11/2011-20/11/2011). I't does not make any difference if it will be web or desktop application.
