Buy/Sell/Trade Based Website

Hello, I am in need of someone to create a basic website template for me. I need a site where users can sign up and seller their electronic goods. I don't want it like an auction like ebay but more like amazon in a way. Kinda like ioffer.com. We want the ability for people to sell, but also for people to post "wanted offers", and the ability to have swaps and trades. We don't need the websites designed just the basic scripts and template laid out. Thanks
