We need web-based GPS fleet management system, real time tracking software

Multi-reports, including historic data, historic photos, mileage, fuel consumption, speed chart, park, all alarm report, etc.

In turkish language, we can do PO translation if they develop in english.

Replay historic track, set Geo-fence, take photo, set interval, set over-speed alarm, monitor car voice, etc.

Enable/Disable vehicle oil/power remotely.

Send SMS.

Multi-users management, multi-vehicles management, multi-levels login accounts management

Please not that additional map servers like google maps can be used also. May be map selection combo box can be used.

Capable for car or track entering adding new trucks

Map tools such as general search and combo boxes on the rights site should be work too.

Aplication should be a web based system and not for iphone or android.

Mysql database should be used for server side

It should be explain from providers that we should provide a Car GPS/GSM protocol and application should support it
