Coding a Sports Website

Hi, i would like a sports websie to be coded for me, it should have the same features as [login to view URL] and has to look professional. I want it to be coded in PHP and to be done within 3 working weeks MAX. The features of the website should include: A forum, Flash Design, Auto Updater, a video/media section so that you can upload videos, a new page for each different sport, adverts(easy to integrate adsense), fixtures & whats on, maybe a few sports games, polling section and a professional banner design, and a new modern look.
