ColdFusion/SQL/Javascript/AJAX

I am looking for a programmer very familiar with Cold Fusion 8.0, Javascript, MS SQL and AJAX to assist on an ongoing basis with development of our propriertary ecommerce engine. Our engine has been designed 100% in-house and powers several websites and their back-end business operations. The engine is used only for internal purpose (we do not sell it). Our primary business is GlobalTestSupply.com. Projects would consist of improving our front-end website catalog functionality, shopping cart process and development of new sites. Projects would also include development of our comprehensive back-end tool that manages all aspects of our business (CRM/Quoting/Inventory/Marketing/Order Processing/etc). We have 5 years of development into our technology and are looking for an advanced skillset to continue improvement. We would offer a qualified candidate small project work to test their skills. Upon validation of the skillset, a full-time job (40 hours/wk) may be available.
