Community Builder Project - Experts Only!

This is what is built so far: I have a Community Builder website that has 2 users types: • User 1 is "extra user" • User 2 is "production user" "User 1" and "User 2" can register on the site and upload their profile data. The 2 users have different profile pages that have been created with the "Community Builder Profile Pro" component "User 2" can search the "User 1" users using the "CB Advanced Search" component which returns a "Grid View" of profile images with link to view the "User 1" details. And this is what I need building: //////////////////// FIRST PART OF JOB: "User 1 Project Lists" Creating and adding to "Project Lists" - user experience: "User 2" performs search and is presented with a grid of "User 1" profile pictures By clicking on the "Add" button on a "User 1 profile "User 2" can add the "User 1" to an existing project list or create a new project list form a pop up window. The project lists can be viewed on the "User 2" profile page The "projects" to have a "title", "description" and "details" fields and and a "file upload" option The "User 2" can send a  group instant message (PM) "invitations" to the User 1's listed in the project and it will contain the title and description of the project (a notification email is also sent to the User 1 to login in and check their profile) - I have installed "UddeIM"  - I assume this can me used for al instant messaging. On the User 1 profile there is a list of all the invitations they have been sent User 1 can send PMs to User 2 if they have been invited to a project There is an option for User 1 to click a radio button to state whether they "Accept" or "Decline" the invitation. On the User 2 project they can see which user has accepted or declined their invitation. User 2 can review the list of profiles in a given project then click a "confirm" button  to those that have been answered "available" by the User 1 - clicking "confirm" sends a PM and email to the User 1 notifying them of confirmation, the email should contain the "title", "description" and "details" fields of the project if a  file was uploaded to the project this is sent as an attachment. User 1 can view a list of "confirmed" projects on their profile ///////// SECOND PART OF JOB: "User 2 can create ADVERTS that show on front end of site from the Projects they create" Integrate the Joomla Component "AdsManger" into the site for "User 2" profiles When User 2 creates a "Project" as per "Part 1 of Job" above they can "post as advert." Some Adverts can be posted for free and some adverts must be paid for by User 2 using Paypal. Registered "User 1" users can apply for adverts by clicking an "Apply for Project" When User 1 applies for advert they are added to the users listed on the project the advert was created for - and the functionality as per "Part 1 of Job" can then be used by User 2 to choose and communicate with the User 1s that have applied. (NOTE: the integration of AdsManager is not compulsory - if the functionality of "posting" ads from created projects is key here - though there will be a need to charge the User 2 for some adverts and we think is possible the framework and code is already written with AdsManager for this) //////// THIRD PART OF JOB: On "User 1" Profile page we need to add a function for the user to add a list of items to a tab on the profile They can fill in a form to add 5 fields that display in a table on a tab. They can click a button on the table view to edit the details They can click a button to delete a line on the table view ///////// I need the work completed and live on the site in 1 week MAX I have very detailed specification documentation for the functionality, with full mockups and user experience guides and will send to bidders with correct experience and feedback so you can review and ask any more questions before I award the project.
