Converting MS Access DB to PHP & MySQL web app (+ some design)

This is a project to convert a MS Access Database (which consists of Forms Tables and Reports) to a php MySQL version. The conversion is pretty straight forward and is documented in the SRS attached along with accompanying docs. There are still undocumented requirements. Some requirements are expected to change and some will be added and some may be removed. There may be time lapses Please take this into consideration when placing your bid. I am looking for a company or individual capable of communicating in English quite clearly and capable of reading requirements documents written in English. They also must be willing to fill in the blanks when the requirements have holes. This project requires DB, Coding and design skills. If you can't do all 3 then please do not bid on this project. Preliminary designs have been done but they need editing and some have not been done at all. Sample Accesss DB (old system) can be supplied on request but is too big to post. Take all this into consideration when bidding. Priority will be placed on those who are willing to work 11:00-20:00 EST. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform **Server side:** Web server (technology undecided) MySQL Database Server PHP Server **Client Side:** Windows Environment Standard Web Browsers (IE6, IE7, FireFox,Opera)
