Create a quotation and invoice form with Chronoforms (Joomla)

Create a quotation form that produces multiple lines according to items entered - Upto 10 lines. A calculation button should calculate all the entered values and include a VAT (Tax) amount.

The lines include - Line #, Item, Description, Unit Price, QTY, Total.

The bottom must include: Subtotal, Tax, Total.

The second form should create an invoice also with multiple lines for new invoices but also be able to link to a previous quotation that will be converted to an invoice.

All this must be Joomla 2.5 with Chronoforms V4 and Chronoconnectivity.

Please create a sample demo for testing.

Any ideas welcome.
