Custom Design Web Applet Needed

We need a custom design page to integrate into Magneto framework. Design page will need all of the features of [login to view URL] design applet. This is for customizing apparel such as T-shirts, Caps, Coffee Mugs, and other products. This page must be viewable on mobile devices so no FLASH. Prefer HTML5 or Javascript. Would like to have this responsive for ipad and iphone sized devices. I am not looking into a premade solution because I know some exist already. I need all of the following features and a relationship with the person who created it for future upgrades and/or integration. Some features needed are: *Will need to have ability to design and edit multiple products such as apparel, mugs, flyers, postcards. So editable area will need to change for each product being designed. *Will need to allow the user to choose and/or change/swap the product being designed. (similar to [login to view URL]) *Will allow user to upload images and/or choose from our library of clipart. *Clipart library needs to be organized and searchable from tags on the backend. *Text effects are needed as well as text outlines, color changing of outline and text, text warping, text kerning, text alignment. *Mask Effects can be added to any object in the design (similar to [login to view URL]) *Must output in png(for database) and pdf(for printing) at given dimensions *Design must be saved into Sql for further retrieval and editing (we can discuss this integration) *User can see all his previously made designs OR import pre-made design templates. In addition to the front end, I will need some backend integration so I may add more product styles with defined editable area, product colors, sizes, etc. In addition, need to add more clipart to the library along with searchable tags. I am trying to get this completed within 30 days. If more time is needed then please explain how long needed and why. If I pay more for priority then so be it but time is not on my side. I prefer someone FLUENT in English and am looking for longterm freelancer for this project. I am looking for experience here, if you have done work like this then please send me samples.
