Customize Open Source Business Review Script

I need a 100% open source script customized. The script is called www.meeplace.com. I am only asking to have three modifications done initially. IF...... the programmer selected does a great job with the first (3) small modifications, they will get the rest of the work on the site to include regular maintenance of the site when needed. There are several mods that need to be done to include mobile apps after the first (3). Here are the details for the first (3) modifications: 1) Integrate the custom design. PSD files are ready 2) Customize the business profile page to include "pictures and videos" and a "printable" coupon that is linked to the "deals" page. - You can view the business page on the demo at meeplace.com. 3) Customize the "events" section by adding a 2nd events listing. One events page comes with the script. In addition to that events page, we need a second events page customized for weekly events only. These are fairly easy modifications for a programmer with 5+ years of PHP, Mysql, Java, Ajax, and zend experience. If the programmer selected does well on these, they will get the rest of the work. I have NO PATIENCE for programmers that over state their experience. Please only apply if you have the experience to modify this script without any errors. Your work will need to be tested and free of errors for final payment. The payments will be split into three equal payments as each of the (3) mods are complete and tested. Please provide URL's of some of your work. I would like to see other open source CMS scripts you have worked on. If the work is completed and delivered on schedule..... you will have the option to immediately start a second open source project that is ready.
