Delicious clone needed

Im needing a delicious clone here, written in PHP. What i meant clone is functionality clone, i dont need the exact design. If you're a good coder and could whack out some good coding that makes it works like delicious, you could well bid on this. Or if you're good enough to make a delicious + digg, maybe we'll talk about a higher budget around. Remember i want the same functionality.
