Design a Joomla Component to manage audio-video transcription projects

Hello. Thank you very much for honoring me by inviting me to this great project. I'm very interested in being part in this. I'm totally experienced in Joomla and Joomla Framework and can build a totally custom component and needed module/ plugins for this project. I have already made sites with similar functionality and making also one at the time i write these lines. One site to deal between public and transporters (e.g. transportation when moving from house to another place) -- [login to view URL] (unfortunately is in greece ..) where we involve the Transporter account page, payment gateway, reviews etc.. Also i was part and major developer in [login to view URL] where i think even more similar to this. As involves the intermediate site for writing articles by writers with payment, review, project page, account page, billing page etc I think i can handle all the aspects of this project and do all is needed. It's very good that you have a .pptx file in order to make more clear what is wanted to be done and i had studied on it a lot. I would like to hear your timeline schedule as i can find my schedule pretty stressed these weeks so we can discuss more about it in detail. As a project like this need many things to be done i think that a development, testing time of around 3 months is very logical. Of course can be discussed with your opinion too. We're a little unclear on the transcriber/translator assignment process. Will it be by bid, like Freelancer, or some other method? Will the site be multi-language?
