a joomla-based portal for owner and its users

Hello we need immediate assistance with a technical Joomla project. There is a joomla project involving the edocman component. The project is about %60 done and needs to be completed ASAP. You need to be in touch with us via phone and we prefer to work with people living in Canada . The project is essentially a 'portal' where the owner of the site can share documents with other users (using the edocman component). The owner can add/remove users and documents. The users are categorized into specific categories which need to be added/removed on a separate page. Complete list of requirements will be followed later.
