There are plugins that do this, how I cannot get them working, so hiring a freelancer to do this.
All I am looking for is a Freelancer to source an existing plugin, and get it working. This 'should' be a very easy project, and I'd expect anyone who knows what they are doing to be able to achieve this in under a couple of hours.
I'm looking at something like this from the BBC, that will enable me to insert an ''in pictures'' type thing into articles. And allow ample comment.
