Bash Script Completion

I have a partially working script that must run on a Debian server. The script is partially-working, but has some errors that need to be fixed. I need this done by Saturday. More (higher paying) work is likely to follow for a bidder that can get the job done right. The script will download files from the internet either via a list file or incrementation method.
