Cancelled Paid on delivery

I'm interested in developing a Calendar of community events. 1) I am aware of numerous calendar packages already available. I encourage you to consider customizing one of them instead of building one from scractch. 2) I want a quality, flexible & extensible product but I am on a tight budget for now. However, you can consider breaking the project in several parts. It would be up to you to determine how you would do that. Breaking up the project will make your bid more competitive. Functionality: - Event Calendar - with css templates and other external templates. - language modules (just provide the english module) - Event Data entry. user provides email. A special key is sent to that user. User logs back in and completes registration. once registered user can create events. - Event - Each event is entered at a specific priority (free, half price, non-profit, full price etc) - each priorite should be able to be differentiated through css - event order must be priorities - each view can limit which priorities will be displayed - Each event belongs to an event cagetory (danse, concert, auction, charity event etc) - Each event may have one more pictures associated with the promotion of the event - When event has passed, poster should be able to post pictures of the event - Regular users (non subscribers) should be able to rate event before and after. - A forum should be associated with each event (users can ask question before event or react to event) - Format - by day (Priority specified in calendar settings) - by week (idem) - Month (idem) - User calendar...All events for that user (idem) - Event by Priority Calendar - Event Category Calendar All events should be able to be listed with or without date structure as a regular list - Search engine - full search - event category - date range - date types weekend - time range

## Deliverables

======================================= - There is no minimum or maximum bid amount - I have not really reviewed any already made calendar software. If you already know a package let me know. If you don't I encourage you to check one out. I am very sure that will improve the overall quality of the result. Obviously, you can do it from scratch. - I do need the basics right now, however I do not need all functions right now. - I am aware that most of you have all great skills etc. And claiming that fact won't impress me much. What might make a difference are: * Experience with calendars / user postings * Ability to suggest specific steps or approaches to the problem * knowledge of an established calendar package * whether you can break down this project in 2 or 3 pieces that would bring down the price of the initial bid =================================================== 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
