Clone Real Estate Site - PHP Expert

This project is to clone an existing Real Estate website [Database/Backend - No Graphics/Logo Required]. Site Design already provided in HTML. Just need an experience PHP/MYSQL programmer to connect existing site to database. I am well schooled in site design but lack formal PHP training thus I will rely heavily on selected bidder to hold my hand through the entire process of designing/implementing the database. Programmers with established ratings will be given preference. In conjunction, coders with lowest project bids will also be given consideration as costs on this project are of utmost priority. Project detail will be provided to the winning bidder. Essentially, we need to develop a site where as property owners pay a fee to post their properties and potential buyers can search the site for free. The project will involve: - Automated Signup i.e. password generation, account setup including Paypal integration - Add Property Application with image uploads and thumbnail creation - Property Search Functions - Administration Area for Website Owner - Administration Areas for Property Sellers - Retrieve Password function for Property Owners - Property watch Application for Visitors - Statistics for individual properties i.e. page views, etc. This is a very simple project for a programmer with the required knowledge. Initial budget is low but there is the possibility of a maintenance agreement covering modifications and upgrades. Bonus will be paid if project is completed on time. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
