The project is to develop a client database and a command line interface to work with that database. The database contains information about clients. Every client have a name, an encrypted password, and a list of available systems (the list might be empty). The command line interface (to work with that database) should be provided by a bash-script (called 'cdba'). That script includes following functions: * add a new client; * get a list of existent clients; * remove an existent client; * check a password of an existent client; * change a password of an existent client; * add a system to the list of systems which a client has access to; * get a list of systems which a client has access to; * check if a system is available to an existent client; * remove a system from the list of systems which a client has access to; * get a list of all clients which have access to a particular system; * print the usage information and a short description of all available options. The 'check functions' should return 0 exit code if the check was done successfully (1 - otherwise). Functions which returning list should print it to the standard output (end of line is separator between list's records). A system is something 'formless' - it can't be directly added or removed, and it can't exist if no one use it (if no client has one in its list of available systems). There is one special client - 'root' which stores its password and available systems in separate storage - [login to view URL] file (text file). This client can't be removed, its list of available systems (as well as its password) can't be changed. The 'root' client can be used ONLY when client database is not available. During its work 'cdba', '[login to view URL]' and installation utility can use mysql command line client ('mysql') and programs from the following packages: coreutils, grep, sed. ## Deliverables A package which contains complete and fully-functional working: * 'cdba' itself; * '[login to view URL]' - helper utility (bash-script) which create database, tables and so on; * installation programs which allows to set up an installation path of 'cdba' and '[login to view URL]', a user and a password to access to MySQL Server and, of course, this utility should install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform OS GNU/Linux, mysql-5.0.22, bash-3.0.16, coreutils-5.94, grep-2.5.1a, sed-4.1.5
