Intro: We are setting up a domain revenue generatin program similar to SEDO and Domain Sponsor. Essentially a domain parking program. For security and fraud reasons we will require all domains parked with us to switch their name servers to our control. We have purchased a set of great scripts that will handle all of the aspects of running, administering and displaying ppc ads to surfers who type in an invalid domain name. Project part 1: Set up bind or djbdns as an authoritative only dns server that acts as a catch all server. Meaning that if our dns server responds to two ip's with names [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and a client wished to park their domain with us, we would not have to reconfigure the dns server for each domain that a client wishes to park with us. djbdns is preferrable because of it's lower resource usage and lack of exploits. Project part 2: Install and configure the scripts. Project part 3: There is a class in the set of php scripts that is designed to access cpanel and add/remove domains from cpanel programmatically. This is the only part of the application that seems truly poorly written. The vast majority of the cpanel access will be unneeded if the catch all dns is set up [login to view URL] you'll need to rewrite the cpanel class to behave properly with our dns configuration. This class is only about 110 lines. Project part 4: Either using apache directives or mod rewrite, modify the system such that if a client parks domain name [login to view URL] that any requests to any subdomain of [login to view URL] such as [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] alone will be answered by apache, and any hits to the domain rewrites or responds with the main ppc page. For example [login to view URL] which is non existant should still respond. Perhaps a simple “temporarily moved?? 302 redirect will suffice, it’s up to you. We will provide you with root access to the server upon acceptance of your bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
