Convert File Manager from Perl to PHP

I'm currently using a customized version of EFM (<[login to view URL]>), using MySQL to hold user information, as the basis for my site. I need it effectively converted to PHP quickly. I'll provide the Perl code I'm currently using, and you convert it over to PHP. I need this done professionally, and soon. If you know of a similar PHP product already on the market that can be customized for what I need, that's acceptable too. Specifics on what's required can be found below. (The current signup is here: <[login to view URL]>) - Fields in Database: user_id account_username account_passwd account_email account_startdate folder_home account_status account_status_confirmed account_status_approved alternate_email real_name furry_name group_id (Either general site member or member with webspace) - All regular file management features (like those in the script mentioned above) [IE: Quota's, upload/rename/move/copy/delete files/folders, max. uploads, suspend/activate account, etc] - In the file manager, if a document is an image or a text document, there should be an additional option to open a new window to run a certain script. - Use sessions. ALL SITE VISITORS should be able to sign up as general members of the site, but a special request must be made to become a member with their own directory and file manager access. - When a user signs up, he either signs up for general membership and is added to the database, or he signs up for full membership and is given webspace and access to filemanager for his folder, and is added to the database. - I should be able to change users from general member to full member and vice-versa - I should be able to email all members, members in one of the two groups, or just individual members - Should be based on templates so that I can keep it looking the same as the rest of my site 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Linux Redhat
