Custom Youtube Clone

I need a web developer to design a social networking website with eye catching graphics and be user friendly. The website I want to pattern it after is Youtube with a Facebook type of instant messenger, chat rooms, and a live webcam option, also integrated into the design. The site must have membership sign up worked into the design. The site will be built to be secure, scalable, standards compliant, professional, and highly polished. I would like the site to be integrated with an admin section that I can manage easily without knowing programming. Where I can update, delete, create, active, and inactive any content. I would also like advertising banners that I can control from admin section. Also, I am seeking a long-term partner to assist with the continued development of the site, beyond this project and the initial launch. You should have experience in making these sorts of websites, so you will have no trouble in deliver what I want from you and probably already know what I want. To complete the project I have the following requirements: 1) Would like a similar homepage as Youtube, Location for logo in top left, login/signup section, Ad boxes, links across top: Home Videos, Pictures, Audio, Channels, Contest, Events, Browse (friends), Forums. Similar to Youtube, Featured Section (Mixed: Videos, Pics, Audio), Music, Dance, Models, Audio. Along with all the functions of Youtube, practically a youtube clone. 2) User registration. Upload videos by users (submitting system with admin approval). Rating. Comments on videos. "Advanced Search". 3) Admin section, must include: - Video submitting. * Add Links for other sites * Embedded video from another site, if desired. - Where and how the thumbnails for the videos are placed - Where and how ads, header, footer and main content are displayed. - Comments on Vids. - Rating - Be able to add different sorts of ads in several sections of the website (Flash, Img, Google Adsense etc...) - Be able to advertise adult oriented products with pictures. - Be able to add different ads for different sorts of videos on while the user is viewing a certain type of video. - Search option - Categories and the possibility to add new categories (multiple categories for video)
