cPanel WHM Expert Needed

I am in need of a postwwwacct script to create a database with a standard name – using the username and password that the customer provided when the account the account is created in WHM. The script then needs to put that username/password into a .php file provided by the skeleton directory. All inside a resellers Account. Server is running cPanel 11.25.0-S44718 - WHM 11.25.0 - X 3.9 REDHAT Enterprise 5.4 x86_64
