Adding New functionality to website

We are looking for experienced Team for changes to our website [login to view URL] (PHP & MySQL). Following functionality has to be implemented. there are two parts to the project. Design changes to Site: 1) Creating Logo & Header Image 2) Text / Colour Coordination 3) Layout Changes (if required to make website look better) Functionality Implementation: 1) Login/Register pages with ajax/javascript validation along with Email verification. 2) My Account Page where user can edit his registration details 3) Change Password Page 4) Transaction History Page with Order detail. 5) Payment Gateway Integration 6) Admin Panel to manage orders 7) Page where users can select mobile operator and recharge amount (there will be AJAX validation) There might be few other things to implement, I will give those in detailed requirements. I am looking for experienced team with low rates. We will not be paying on hourly basis , you need to bid for complete project. while bidding please keep in mind that If we are satisfied with your work we would assign you website maintenance & future development work as well.
