Custom Magento Modules

Heyhey, My employer is making me create a webshop with Magento. I have most things figured out, but there are two problems I am running into that I can not solve myself. Since my budget is somewhat limited, I'm trying to find someone to help me out here :) ------------------------------------------------ The first module The Magento webshop has two "Catalog" root categories (let's call them A and B), and four (later more) independent root categories used by different stores. I need the site admin to be able to add (and remove) all of the products from category A or B (including those from subcategories), in the same structure, to one of the store categories. Suppose root category A looks like this: A (30) Sub 1 (10) Sub 2 (10) Sub 3 (10) And the store 1 root category looks like this: Store 1 (5) Sub 1 (3) Sub 2 (2) Sub 3 (0) I need to implement something that will merge these in store 1, resulting in: Store 1 (35) Sub 1 (13) Sub 2 (12) Sub 3 (10) And be able to undo this process aswell. This with something of a dropdown selector which Catalog category to add/remove, and a dropdown for which store to apply this on! ------------------------------------------------ The second module The Magento store I’m working on is opened all year, but customers can only pick up their paid goods on three specified days per year (29, 30 and 31 december) at a number of locations. Each of these days need to be separated into times (like 8-9, 9-10, 10-11, etc, and I need to be able to place a limit on the amount of orders per time frame. Customers need to be able to see the full list of available times per location, with full-booked times grayed out and unselectable. The backend admin needs to be able to add/remove locations, times and specify the maximum amount of orders to be handled at each of these times. Finally, there needs to be a screen that shows total orders and full product listings per time interval, per location or the full shop total. I need these modules rather fast, so I will respond swiftly to well-written, inexpensive bids!
