Build an iPhone Forms Application with ability to Work Offline, Have Multiple versions of a form (with automatic upgrade) and the ability to edit form entries. The Centralised Website will also be required, and has all the capabilities as the iPhone application, ( eg form entry) as well as the other functions ( eg request of forms, form maintenance) Database design is mostly done, in MSSQL (easier to present documentation) and .bak file and DDL SQL attached. Full Design Specifications are attached in word document which was prepared for the customer. Budgets have not yet been established or agreed with client, My Negotiations with client on cost are to be performed after the selection of successful Freelancer. All source, intellectual property and ownership must be assigned to Amity IT.
