Freelancer will need to create a native android app, using existing PSD, Images and Web-services. Graphics will need to be created from our PSD files. All web-services are in PHP which we pass JSON and receive JSON results. We require the same behavior we have now on our current app. We would like to start immediately. We do not pay in advance we will add three milestones, one when GUI is completed and working, one when web-services are in place and three when the app has been tested. Please only inquire if you can commit to this project and our budget.
