Publishers should have the ability to have multiple ads rotate in one spot.
So say for instance a publisher has a space on their website at the top of their page and he wants 10 ads to rotate into that space... The system will allow the publisher to select how many ads rotate and then have the ability to price each slot, approve disapprove ads, and select the interval in which the ads rotate as well as the length they stay (1 day 7 day 30 day, etc. )
Advertisers should be able to browse to find this offer and pay for it securing there spot in the rotation. For instance if its a 30 day slot and only 5 of the 10 ad slots have been paid for it will still display on their site without it being completed. As new advertisers are added they will appear in the rotation on the site.
