Add Credit Payment Feature To Mobile App

Project Details: Add Credit System for every user to their "My Info" page. Integrate Credit System to InfusionSoft to be fully automatically. Show notices in campaign/follow up section and credit balance where needed. Allow admin to increase credit, stop credit usage, manually from Admin Cp. Allow admin to set lowest credit limit they want their account to go before automatically re-billing like [login to view URL] does.
