Add php and form field value to JavaScript (WordPress plugin) - repost 2

A WordPress plugin is written in php and has some JavaScript in it. What I want to include is <?php the_title();?> to the JavaScript code in order to echo the page title, most likely with AJAX. Right now it is just echoing <?php the_title();?>. There are two plugin settings page form field values that also need to correspond to certain values in the the JavaScript code. The plugin already adds the script into the footer.php. When I manually add the script (with the <?php the_title();?> in it) to the WordPress [login to view URL] it shows the page title, but it has to work with the plugin too. I think it’s because the JavaScript code is stored in the database. There is a plugin settings page where people can edit the JavaScript code and where they can choose the plugin settings. Those settings need to be saved to the WordPress database (which already works. I only wasn’t able to test the to-be-added form field values).
