Clone our datingsite (Skadate) & update it to latest build

Hi, We have a datingsite (Skadate script). We are going to buy a second license for an other datingsite. So we are looking for someone who can clone our original site (site + database) and than update the new site to the latest build (5 updates). Please notice that we have some modifications that we want to keep, that's why we need a clone and not a new install. So file-merging will be necessary. If you have no experience with Skadate-script please do not reply ! We want you to start on localhost and ... very important ... we like to know what's going on (receive emails what part of the job is finished, problems you are dealing with, ...). If the job is completed succesfully we shall contact you again for future work on our 2 datingsites. Grts.
