Convert attached xml file to use as a category selector for a form, must return final category id number to form category input, should open with main categories and then chose subcategories, sub sub categories, etc until the category is reached and then the ability to accept that cat id and input into the category form input, this should all be shown on form.

Would like categories, subcategories, etc inserted in mysql (php) for faster loading.
