I need a programmer to develop a password protected admin area on my website that can update three tables in a database based on the contents of an excel file, that should be uploaded through this interface. Ability to edit publication records Ability to upload excel/CSV spreadsheet to both regions and publications. Ability to download excel /CSV from both regions and publications. Auto populate regions_publication table All password protected and ability to edit password.
