Designing a Questionnaire with data exported to Excel

I have a simple questionnaire that I want to run online. It consists of some preliminary data to know about the respondent such as Name, Country, profession, Educational Specialization. The Questionnaire body consists of 34 questions. Each question can receive an answer from 1, 2 3, 4 or 5. The Questionnaire designer should make the answers of the respondents exportable in Microsoft Excel format because it will be analyzed later. The Questionnaire has three versions: English, Portuguese and Arabic. So Knowledge of chracter encoding possible problems is appreciated. That's it.. Look forward to your competitive bidding. Thanks
