create a simple database report and chart

Report List display 3 columns: [new report button] Location | Course | Date created [edit button] [delete button] --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- when click new report button, go to this page for user to enter data: location: (select dropdown 4 locations) course (select dropdown, i will provide text list of courses) date picker module | value [plus button to add another module] (textbox) | (textbox) [save report button] once save button is clicked, save data to a database table, and display in report list -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Create another page for chart for location use this Highchart type: [login to view URL] user select dropdown location, then chart will load. y axis will be zero to five (2 decimal places) x axis will be UNIQUE course, when click on the UNIQUE course will drilldown to UNIQUE modules for the course. Rule: Dont show duplicate courses, each bar must be UNIQUE course. if there are several of same course name for 1 location, then take average. Rule for calculating value of each unique course: Each unique Course = average of modules for that course Rule for calculating value of each unique module: Each unique module = average of all modules that are same name Only experts in php & mysql pls. If youre an expert, the first part can be done in 1.5 hours. The charting part can be done in another 1.5 hours, all jquery & charting is already provided by highcharts. I need this done very fast.
